10 Minutes to Cool Relief
Great for headaches, migraines, inflammation, and hot weather recovery. Calms swelling and soothes irritation fast.
STEP 1
Place in Freezer
Lay the cap flat in your freezer for 10 minutes.
STEP 2
Remove from Freezer
After 10 minutes, take it out — it's ready to use.
STEP 3
Apply & Enjoy
Place on your head and enjoy instant cooling relief.
💡 Tip: If it feels too cold directly on skin, wrap in a thin cloth for comfort.
The Flip Method — 2 to 3 Minutes Total
For deep, even heat throughout the gel. The flip method ensures every part of the cap heats evenly — no hot spots, no cold patches.
STEP 1
30 Sec — Side A Up
Place cap right-side up in microwave. Heat for 30 seconds.
STEP 2
Flip It Over
Remove from microwave and flip the cap upside down.
STEP 3
30 Sec — Side B Up
Place cap upside down in microwave. Heat for another 30 seconds.
STEP 4
Repeat Until Warm
Keep flipping & heating in 30-second rounds until you reach your desired warmth. Total time: 2–3 minutes.

Can I wear it under a helmet?
Yes — the slim, flexible design fits comfortably under most helmets, adding a layer of cushioning for cycling, skating, or work.
How do I switch between hot and cold?
Microwave in 20–30 second intervals for heat therapy, or freeze for at least one hour for cold. That simple.
Is it safe on skin directly?
